Appointment Etiquette: To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we kindly ask that you arrive solo or unnacompanied unless your guest is also receiving a service. Our space is cozy, and we currently cannot accommodate additional guests or children during appointments. Children with scheduled services must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please cancel at a minimum of 24 hours prior to your service or even sooner(preferably) if possible for other potential clients to fill a booking if you know in advance you will not be able to make your appointment. No shows will not be tolerated and will be charged up to half of the service charge (50%) Late cancellation fees 30-50% of the service total. The perecentage will vary and depend on the service type and time. This helps me keep open spots available and eliminates loss of time and or financial set backs!
